Now the launch of Tata Safari Storme is at hand because, now the company may launch it any time. Tata Motors had also displayed this well admired SUV car model at the New Delhi Auto Expo 2012. Tata Motors have made the Tata Safari Storme features luxury so, it is expected pricier than current available Safari model. It is expected that Tata Safari Storme price will be offered between Rs. 9 lakh to Rs. 13 lakh for all the variants. Due to innovative features, classy body design, luxury interior, aggressive front, sporty rear and powerful engine, Tata Safari Storme will be giving tough competition to Mahindra XUV 500 and Mahindra Scorpio.
Just like the current available Safari, the all new Tata Safari Storme will also come loaded with BS-IV compliant, 2.2L DiCOR turbocharged, Direct injection Common Rail, 16 valve DOHC diesel engine which is capable to generating max power of 140 bhp at 4000 rpm and 320 Nm at 1700-2700 rpm. Along with a five speed manual transmission, an automatic transmission version is also expected top-end variant of the vehicle. Tata Safari Storme mileage will also be higher than the current model.
Along with BS-IV compliant diesel engine, the company will also offer Air Conditioner with Roof Mounted vents, Power Steering, Power Windows front and rear, Central Locking, Fog Lights front and rear, CD/DVD Player with FM, Keyless Entry, Leather Seats, Alloy Wheels, Parking Sensors, Rear Parking Camera with LCD, Dual Front Airbags and so forth as standard.
In terms of appearance, the new Tata Safari Storme is inspired with Land Rover SUVs because, it has Stylish front, beautiful leather upholstery, distinguished flared halogen auto-headlamps and muscular body design.
